EPA recommends repeating a test every 2 years or when there is foundation intrusion for any reason. A radon in water test should be performed if the radon in air concentration is greater than 4 pci/L and your water supply is on a well; this will determine where the problem originates. A radon in water mitigation system is different than a radon in air mitigation system. If you have a mitigation system installed, it is recommended that you perform a follow-up test every 2 years.
