What does radon have to do with a real estate transaction?

In most states and with most financial institutions, radon measurement is required as part of the home inspection prior to selling your home. There care legal issues involved. If you measure radon now,  radon will not be a last minute hassle when you sell your home.

On - Sight Professional Testing Service for Real Estate Transactions Price
2 simultaneous short term (generally 2-7 days) test including analysis. 1 test will be in the lowest livable area and another will be conducted in a frequently occupied area.  $115.00
Include a radon in water analysis with the short term test $130.00

A radon in water test should be performed if the radon in air concentration is greater than 4 pci/L and your water supply is on a well; this will determine where the problem originates. A radon in water mitigation system is different than a radon in air mitigation system.

We will provide on-sight, accurate, honest analysis, interpret and explain the test report
and assist in choosing a mitigation company if necessary
